It cleans our carpets better than any carpet cleaning company we have employed. We have been using Zerorez for many years, I am in real estate and I always recommend them to my customers.

I have used many different carpet cleaning services and I like zerorez the best. There is no soapy residue left behind and the carpet is clean.
Every time we use Zerorez we are more than happy with the results. Our carpet looks wonderful and we don't have to worry about the dogs and kids coming in contact with harsh chemicals.

The technician was great and I think it is just not potent enough to get the clean I want. There were a few small stains forgot to point out to technician that are still there and I sprayed "Krud Kutter on them after our carpert's were cleaned and they were gone. I would think a machine would get that out. They were hard to see so I don't think technician would have known. Also, sugar spilled in our living room prior to him cleaning and it is still crunchy in that spot. I thought the bill was kind of high for a small living room, bedroom and a closet. To expensive.

After the carpets were cleaned and dried, they were not hard and crusty as has been the case in the past with another company. We have dogs and every time we have had the carpets cleaned in the past, the house smelled like wet dog for DAYS!!! That was not the case here. I initially smelled the "wet dog" smell, but after I returned home a few hours later when everything was dry, there was no smell. It was great since this is a rental; last thing I want is to not get my deposit back because it smells like dog.
Clean products left the house feeling and looking clean white rug was white again
