I feel like my white rug could of got cleaner if he spent more time

Technician was nice and polite about everything. We have had recent problems with our dogs peeing upstairs because my wife sprayed training spray EVERYWHERE. She thought it was training spray that stopped them from wanting to pee inside but she was spraying "pee HERE" spray.

It's been a nightmare ever since. We've had two cleaning companies come out before you and now we'll see how well this has removed the training aid plus the already urine soaked areas. Uggh. We can't get new carpet until this comes to an end!

I don't like that you charge for a room that is 50 sqft worth of carpet and 2 rooms for something that is 300 sqft. Should be able to combine that into a total of 2 rooms since the 50 sqft takes 5 minutes to clean. You would set yourselves apart from the normal pricing which people would like since it's the biggest thing that people hate.

scheduling is simple and you are reliable. do what you say you are going to do.

My carpet looks exactly the same as is did before. NOT HAPPY!
