My carpets look amazing and they stay clean longer. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was a very nice guy and I am glad he suggested the pre-treatment of the carpet. I also appreciate the specials you run. I believe the price is very affordable. I also like the idea of no chemicals being used. I will use Zerorez the next time my carpets need cleaning.

The quality of the work and the professionalism of the technician. I had 3 rooms of carpet and the kitchen tile cleaned, everything is great! Soon I will have to schedule to get the other 3 rooms of carpet done and the rest of the tile; it is a little too obvious what was done and what wasn't!

I had ordered the service to get rid off puppy odors and specifically mentioned that when I booked. Nothing was done about it. I had to call back and they had to bring a technician back out to redo it and charged me more saying they weren't told about the issue originally, which was very frusturating as that is the only reason I scheduled the apt. Unfortunately, I won't be using zerorez again.
