you called to confirm the time ,then called to say you were on your way . when you got here went through what we were doing, told me how long it should take. the service man Troy was very nice and know what to do thanks.

The service is excellent. They seem totally committed to pleasing the customer. We had an emergency just as they were arriving with equipment and they were very respectful as they left. We went to ER and they re scheduled with no problem. Any time I have had to change the appointment they couldn't be nicer.
Carpet is very clean and it was NOT soaking wet for hours. Loved it.
Your staff is ALWAYS so friendly. From the person I make an appointment with, to the person who calls to say the technician is on the way and of course the technician himself. I feel few companies really portray proper customer service anymore but Zerorez is all about their customers. This is my second cleaning from Zerorez and both have deserved 20 for recommendation.

The technician, Hayden, did an excellent job of explaining how the Zerorez process works. In addition, he did a good job on our carpets as well as the tile and grout. He was professional and friendly and I would like to have him in the future when our carpets need cleaning again.
The carpets don't feel crunchy afterwards and they dry super quick

I was disappointed that my carpet wasn't prespoted before cleaning. I don't see any difference made. My vacuuming did the same.
Dillon was professional, early and very careful with the walls and wood floors when bringing in the equipment. The carpet is only in the bedrooms and walk-in closet. It is only 3 years old and has 2 high traffic areas. Although the carpet looks much better, these two areas didn't get as clean as I had hoped.
