Professional and the carpet is not stiff after it drys. Stays cleaner longer and the stains don't come back up. I just make new ones.

Courteous technician. Explained work to be performed in detail and addressed my concerns. Re-cleaned one area on my kitchen tile (on his hands and knees) that did not come as clean as I wanted. Very thorough. Not pushy sales but very informative of options.

Nick was the senior tech on the job. He was very good at explaining the steps in the process and choices I had. I never felt pressure to buy more services. He and Brian worked very hard the entire time they were here and did a great job.
