Zerorez does not use SOAP! My renter actually used another carpet cleaning service the week prior that did not get the carpet clean AND he put "extra cleaners and brighteners" on the carpet. UGH! This vendor told me I should vacuum 24 hours later to remove the dried "residue". I then scheduled with Zerorez to remove what was left in the carpet.
Best experience ever! Our serviceman made our carpets look new again, feeling very grateful:)
Were late way beyond the expected time, and there was no communication/call regarding ETA.
The carpet is not crunchy afterwards. Seems to be really clean after. Like no chemicals for the dogs to be on.
Jeff was professional, thorough and explained everything he was doing and what the product does.
The carpets are nice and clean! Kevin did a great job. It took about two and a half days for the heavy spots to dry up, but they look a lot better than they did in the beginning. I like the fact that I don't have a crunchy rug.

I like that you use natural products. Also was impressed how careful they were about doing my rugs since they thought it was jute and would buckle, but luckily there was a sticker on one of the rugs that told of the materials in the rug. They called the company to see if they could go ahead and wash the rugs and were told they could, that the material in the rugs wouldn't buckle. The white rug came out a lot cleaner, in fact it makes the room look larger. I was also impressed with the speed in which they did the work and the drying time didn't take long. The price was also very reasonable. I was very satisfied with the work.
Randall P cleaned our white love seat. Our little dog caused many spots. Whatever you do, don't use carpet cleaner on upolstry. Randall worked very hard to Get it clean. I was satisfied with the results. I plan on using Zeroez to clean our tile and grout.

Technician was timely , courteous and efficient. He did a great job in cleaning rugs and took time explaining each step. House looked great when he was done.
I like the professionalism of the technician. My only suggestion would be to give some sort of discount off of the basic cleaning costs if a customer purchases the pet bio-treatment package. It seems like redundant costs.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez, both time the service is excellent, the techs are very helpful answered all my questions, they are fast, know exactly what to do with stains and very polite. This last one was just great!! I will ask for him again when I need my sectional cleaned.
The price was higher than any other company so we expected to be 100% satisfied but were not. The couch we had cleaned still has stains. There was a rug our dog lays on that smelled and didn't even come out with their deodorizing spray. It still smells and is only 1.5yrs old.

I was told I would receive a phone call 15 or 20 minutes before the tech arrived letting me know he was on the way.
My scheduled time was June 6th between 8 - 10 am. Kyle showed up at my door at exactly 8:00am, Very good.
The problem: I received a call from the office at 8:02 to let me know he would be there in about 15 minutes. The office blew it on that one.
The point is: I just got out of the shower at about 7:58. I did not have the 15 or 20 minutes to prepare. When I saw the van pull up in front of my house, I barely had time to even get dressed or dry my hair. Worse, I had no time for even a cup of coffee.
Poor communications from the office person. Very bad.
I've used Zerorez before and I may use them again but this service knocked the company down a notch in my eyes. Word of mouth advertising goes a long way. Just saying.

Great service! Great communication! Carpets look like brand new! James the tech was very helpful and quick.
Use a magnetic mesh screen to block out flies and other pest that get in when the service person needs to leave doors open
carpets are great. this is the first time to clean the tile. waited 24 hours to see the final results. tile grout still has a few areas that need a touch up. I don't know how long it has been since the tile and grout were cleaned, if ever. would like to know what solution is used for the grout cleaning and Informative. will use in the future.

Troy was very through, and professional. He explained the process and worked quickly. The carpets came out beautifully. The one area of concern the stain has not come back. I will write again in 1 month and let you know if that is still the case.
