carpet seemed to get a lot cleaner last time - but the young man was VERY polite and personable and did a good job. Could just be that my carpet is past the point of looking good.

Our technician and his assistant were very neat, timely and efficient. Hayden explained the process and offered a good solution to a potential cleaning problem. Our carpets look great as does the chair that was cleaned. I really appreciated that there was no odor.

Will definitely use Zerorez again.

The guy seemed a bit in a hurry. There were still areas of the shower with gunk/soap residue that he didn't wash away. Also there were areas where the grout has a green tint. I'm assuming this is the sealant he used.

No overwhelming smell dries fast

Very professional, on time, attention to detail. We had one very bad stain from a bamboo planter. Several companies tried to get the stain out, but failed completely. We were amazing at how much lighter the stain was. They did an excellent job. It helped with the sale of our home!

The tech was very professional and respectful.

Service person spoke to me as if I was a child. He convinced me to let him put the protectant on the carpet. Told me he learned by showing others and wanted to show me at the end of the appointment what the protectant did. It looked cool on the index card but we tried the same on our carpet and water immediately sunk in. $400+ for carpets cleaning a bedroom, staircase, loft, and hallway with water? Took him about an hour. Even attorneys don't make that much. I will avoid Zerorez in the future for sure.

The technician was prompt, professional, efficient and informative. I was amazed at how well many of the stains, which I thought would be impossible to remove, were eliminated, 100% or close to 100%.

My carpets look like new when the cleaning is done and I like that the product is environmentally safe. The representative that cleaned my carpets was friendly, focused on the task and answered all my questions professionally.

Tyrone was punctual and came well equipped. I had stairs a landing, a loft, a hallway and two bedroom rugs cleaned in addition to the kitchen, dining room and entry room tiles. Excellent job!

I live out of town. It was easy to schedule someone to go out and clean and reseal grout on a rental property. They did a great job and even rolled up the old rug left by previous owner. Floors look great. Thanks
