I love that my furniture and rugs and soft to the touch after cleaning without the stiff crunchy feeling that other companies leave because of the product that they use.
Effective and easy!
Jared was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He removed two large stains and got the carpet cleaner than it has been in years. There is still some shadows, but after 17 years of numerous parties, hundreds of children, dogs, cats, and whatever we track in from the rest of the world, it looks so much better than it did before he arrived. I tried to give a review on the google link, but I don't have an account. Thanks, Zerorez!

Hands down the worst post-carpet cleaning experience I have had. I have old berber carpet with heavy traffic spots. I was under no illusion that the carpet would return to near-new appearance (even though your friendly sales folks insisted otherwise). Hint - manage expectations. The real issue is my carpet now has a splotchy camouflage appearance. Clearly the technician was able to get SOME of the traffic areas cleaner. Unfortunately where its cleaner is in small, completely random places. I also have what looks like streaks going down the hall now. You can see where more effort, time, cleaning was applied and areas were it wasn't. The gentleman was super polite and seemed professional but the net effect is that every area that was treated now looks worse than it did prior to the cleaning because of the streaking or the camouflage appearance. And I'm out $245.

I love that it was only a 2 hour window, and that someone called me to let me know my tech was on the way. Jared was super friendly and explained everything- he was also very quick and my carpets look awesome afterwards! We even had a huge urine spot and he was able to get it out- doesn't look like it was ever stained.
