What our clients think of us!

The service was quick and very professional. the floors looked great when finished

The staff was on time, friendly and efficient. I can’t believe the difference in my tile after the cleaning.

Thorough, knowledgeable, friendly

I had carpet cleaned as well as grout cleaning. All came out great!

Technician was prompt and courteous. Knew what he was doing. Was careful not to harm our home.

My carpets and tile are so clean! Two of the rooms have 10 year old carpet in them and they still cleaned up so nice. Andrew(I think that was his name) was very efficient and polite. This was my first experience using Zerorez and it won't be my last.

They arrived on time and were very efficient. It was a very thorough process that went very quickly. I was pleased with the results and the price.
Thank you

Zerorez does a great job on carpets, they look like new again. It doesn't leave that soapy, crunchy feel after it dries. I did recommend to my neighbors. Also, service was fantastic. James was very efficient and courteous.

dependable good service

Very Professional

The tech, I believe was Nick, was very professional and helpful. I liked that Rico gave a good idea of the price of the service. I will be using your services again.

Todd was very thorough. I had some white spots on my carpet. He diagnosed the problem and worked extra in those areas to get them out.

Carpets aren't crunchy after drying and customer service

Really appreciated Kevin and the work he did and the advice he gave. I will request that he clean my carpets the next time I need them done! Name removed

Floors look amazing and smell great. Great customer service.

They did a great job. Very professional . Showed up on time . Will be using these guys in the further .

My 30 year old carpet hasn’t looked so good for years. It’s clean. Thanks

I was absolutely disillusioned at first when Nick came to my 2 bedroom townhome. He was so absolutely nice that I did not notice that what he did.....did not make a difference! In fact, he made it worse! I did not want to call and complain because he had warned me that a dirty travel area on the rug might not be perfect. But after $370 AND a $50 tip totalling $420 in cash.....I was so disappointed. My husband came home and agreed that it was not worthy of renting to someone if that was what we were doing.

Yesterday, a very nice (hearing impaired) man named Chris came and knew exactly what had happened. Nick had skipped the brush part of the process and shook his head. He immediately told me he would redo the entire place for free and they DO NOT accept tips at ZeroRez. Geez!

My husband and I stood there and observed/witnessed the entire process. It was amazing. What a difference! 99.9% of all the "dirt" was gone and he explained what he was doing through the entire process.

In a nutshell, Chris' attention to our needs after $420 spent in a 1200 square foot townhome saved the day. Again, Nick was sweet and nice, but did not take the time to get ANY pathways of dirt out. In fact, I vacuumed up more dirt and debris after Nick was done.

I just vacuumed after what Chris did and it feels like a fluffy bright new carpet!

Thank you for your attention Chris. And I feel that the $50 that we gave Nick should go directly to you.

Thank you.

Professionalism....good product....great job by Charlie

Friendly, prompt, clean.

My carpet always looks great when finished. This visit was the first time I had to ask the gentleman to go over some places in my living room that still looked dirty. He did what I asked and I was happy with the job when he left.

Your representative, (Cy Dalberg?) arrived on time, explained what he would do, listened to my request for a tile cleaning in addition to the carpet cleaning originally ordered, proceeded to do both in a professional manner and the results were great.

Thanks for having such a competent, well-trained staff.

James was an absolute professional. His knowledge and willingness to anewer all our questions was amazing. On top of that the floor looks brand new!

I have been using your company for the past several years and have no complaints ! Your entire staff is courteous and very professional !! This past week we had one of your guys come out, Steven Klegas, and he did an amazing job so much that my husband was even impressed !!!!!! I highly recommend your company !!!!!!!

The technician (Jarad) was prompt and very professional.

Service was prompt and efficient. Serviceman friendly and explained things well. Best of all...carpets look great.
Thanks!

Great service, price and technicians.

Zerorez does not use products to clean the carpets or tiles. It dries completely in about 8 hours. Every Technician that has clean my carpets for have been very congenial and have answered all my questions. I have recommend Zerorez to friends and family members.

Excellent service! Very impressed, start to finish!!

The technician that cleaned my carpet did a great job. I think this is the best cleaning zerorez has done for me. I will definitely have zerorez come out and clean again and hopefully get the same technician. Thanks for the great job.
