I like that Zerorez is prompt and efficient. My carpet looks, feels and smells great. It dries quickly and stays looking good for months. I especially love that there is no chemical smell. The technicians are all so nice and work hard to make sure I am always happy with their work.

Aaron did a fantastic job! Carpets were nasty, kids, pets, etc., 95% of the stains are gone. Sears & Stanley do not even come close to the cleaning quality.

We have the best experience every time with Zerorez. They wear booties so they don't get your floor dirty, put plastic covers on the corners and their people are always friendly. Love that the carpet is dry right away and our tile sparkles.
I had 2 rooms of carpet cleaned and that service was great, third room was kitchen tile and the tile and grout was the same as before he cleaned

Best my carpet has looked! Other companies did not get as clean. Zerorez was flexible and able to work with my schedule and let me know of other services they do, tile cleaning, furniture, etc. Zerorez is now my go-to carpet cleaning from now on.
Technician arrived at the beginning of the 3 hour window. He was polite and helpful. Floors looked much improved immediately to remove pet stains from carpet and grout.
I love that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals. I had my entire upstairs cleaned and the carpets we're bad and Zerorez was like "Not on my Watch".
