I ask to get rid of the smell. 2 days later I still had smell. If the technician had said there is nothing I can do about the smell I probably would recommend Zerorez to someone. But you got 300 from me the carpet does look clean.

My carpet had never been cleaner. Two months after the carpet had been cleaned by Zerorez I spilled red wine and not just a litte bit on my very light carpet. I was afraid to try and work on it myself so called Zerorez to try and get it cleaned. They got all of it out. I was very surprised but impressed. I will never use another company.

I like the "no soap or chemicals" concept. I feel my carpet gets very clean without them and stays clean longer because there is no soap to attract dirt. The carpet seems to dry faster. The technicians are always very professional and do a good job, this one in particular.
Carpet was dry within 4 hours. It was not saturated as had been by previous carpet cleaning company, and no need to set furniture on styrofoam blocks. This was a plus as I live alone and have no one to lift up furniture to remove blocks. Pricing of the service is affordable.
