Great cleaning and awesome costumer service
Your people are on time and do a good job
It’s amazing!!! We are always shocked at how clean and new our thick carpet looks after they have been here. They also give us advice on how to maintain it which has made a huge difference. We have two big dogs and young grandchildren and our house is the meeting place for our adult children so needless to say it is well lived in. Thank you zerorez!

I was charged more then the amount i was quoted and i feel the technician seemed to get the job done way to fast to give my carpets a through cleaning. This was the first time i used a company to clean my carpets. the carpets felt crunchy walking on them barefooted. i will see how they feel once we vacuum them.

I like how clean my carpets looked afterwards. I wish I had called them sooner. Scheduling was easy and I had a pleasant surprise when I found out I had one leas room than I thought so it cost less than I thought they would.
Corner protectors and very nice staff. I thought you didn't use water and was not prepared for the wet carpets having to dry, but I must have misunderstood. I will have you clean our tile soon.
