The representative who cleaned my carpets was very professional, attended to every detail and took his time in making sure that the process was complete. He was very polite and he wanted to be sure I was happy with everything before he left.
The product makes the carpets smell clean and fresh . It is nice that you call two days prior to coming to remind the customer of their appointment and that the technician calls to let you know he is on his way. The technician we had Jason was very good at his job and made sure that everything was great and done right and he told us if it was not to let him know so he could make it right. He did a great job to make sure the carpets were clean and that our leather chairs were clean as well. He explained how their process worked before he started cleaning . I would recommend Zerorez very highly to my friends or anyone that needs their carpets cleaned.
The product is fine. The cleaning rep. was a little too talkative. He kept stopping to tell a joke or to tell things not related to the service we requested (carpet cleaning). He was very nice, but needs to recognize non-verbal clues. I had lots of errands to run that day and the "talking" seemed to be too long for the job at hand.
King Bob was not afraid of dogs.
He was not condescending about our carpet.
He used no harmful chemicals.
He gave us booties.
The technicians are friendly and efficient, and I am always satisfied with their work.

Products and services are good, but the appointment scheduling is not flexible at all. In fact, inconvenient for people who wouldn't have the ability to stay around the house all day and wait.
