What our clients think of us!

Professional and job well done.

The carpet was wet for over 24hrs. The tech said it would be 4-6hrs.

Carpeting looks cleaner and dried quickly

Your representative "Able" was courteous and professional. We were pleased with the carpet and tile cleaning he performed.

The tech was excellent he did a great job.
The carpet came out like new. We are very pleased.

The technician was excellent but my carpets dried and do not look any better and I wanted my tile done and that also came out poorly. The previous time I used zerorez my carpet and tile was amazing this time I was very disappointed :(

I liked how efficiently the stains came out with the empowered water, it took stains out that I never thought would leave! Also, the technician was awesome and very friendly, and never pressured me to get a more expensive package. You could tell he wasn't there to just make a quick buck! Thanks for all the hard work and professionalism! Will definitely be calling again soon!

It dries quickly. It left our carpets looking fresh.

On time and straight forward.

Efficient, clean, non-toxic, professional, expedient!!!

Luis was great! Very friendly and explained the process well. He did a great job!

Best our carpet has ever looked, good job.

No chemicals. It stays clean longer and I use the empowered water for spot cleaning my.

I paid quite a bit for pet stain removal per blue light only to find out later even after cleaning blue shows on areas already cleaned. How do you know the difference? Secondly, I sent an area rug for cleaning. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days and it took about a month. When returned it looked as if it had been bleached. All the color was washed out of it.

Service technicians are all very professional. I love the phone call in advance of their arrival. This allows me to move through my day without sitting at home waiting for them to show up.

We were ready to remove our carpeting in the living room and hallway because we didn't think they could be salvaged. But then I heard about Zerorez on the JohnJay & Rich show and thought we'd give it a try as a last ditch effort... And I am so glad that I did! Our technician, Jerrod , showed up on time with a pleasant and helpful attitude even though our appointment was at 6pm. The price was right and the results on our carpet was unbelievable! Seriously, it was like night and day, I couldn't believe the before and after pics! Thank you Zerorez, you totally saved our carpets!😁

Joel was courteous and very thorough. The product he used did a wonderful job of making our tile floors look new. Thank you. It was a great experience.

I really like the process. Great way to clean your carpet. No soaps or smell afterwords. Just clean carpet. Thx.

I like that the carpet feels really soft after the cleaning

a mistake was made by not informing me that they were running late, but they did make up for it in a good way so I was ok with it all, and the job was done beautifully I would surely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. GOOD JOB, THANK YOU

Really like that no chemicals are used - and our carpet looks great after cleaning.

Quick and fast. The house didn’t smell like chemicals at the end.

This is the 3rd time we have used your company and every time you all do an awesome job!
