Just didn't get the carpets as clean as I expected.
No chemicals, soaps, and detergents
Zerorez did a good job. I noticed how important it was to Eric that a good job be done, and that the job got done right. The carpets look nice.

They do a great job and they get the carpet clean wuicly and at a good price
My carpet looks amazing. I will not take a chance on any other cleaning service company because I know Zerorez knows what they're doing. I have no complaints. I am very happy with my carpet cleaning from Zerorez.

Did not clean the carpets at all. The are still dirty. The Zerorez employee was not willing to clean the carpets to the standard the all of the advertisements lead you to believe will happen. I feel like he made the carpets wet and took $200 without making a difference in the cleaning the carpets. His recommendation was to replace the carpet. It was a terrible experience. I think you subscribe to false advertising .

The guy was nice and the carpet looked good when he left but now, a few days later, I don't really feel like it got a deep clean. I did have pet urine... The spots that I was able to point out smell of a strong perfume odor and the ones I didn't know about still smell very strongly of urine.
Your process really cleans carpets well, and they dry quickly with no odor.
They work without harsh chemicals. Technicians are also knowledgeable, professional and pleasant!

Was on time. Carpet is clean and looking good. Like that you give a discount to veterans.
The technician was not happy to be there. He expressed many times it was a big house and it was late and he was tired and even looking for another job because he didnt like working so late and his hands hurt. We had asked for it to be treated because it smells like cat urine. We were told the technician that was being sent out would check and treat all areas that needed to be treated. It still smells. It looks great though.
I was so please to see some of the stains that had been in my rental, since I moved in, were finally out. I had some pretty heavy traffic areas that look amazing now. Thank you so much. Additionally, two rooms and a hallway were done in under 45 minutes.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. And talk you through the steps as they clean the carpet and ask if you have any questions.
It's does a great job of cleaning the carpeting without any toxic products. The men who provided the cleaning worked quickly and used safeguards for furniture and wall corners. It dried quickly, particularly in the rooms with overhead fans.
