The employees were professional. After seeing the service, I just don't think it's that good.
Even the $35 rental units at grocery stores have an agitator to help clean.
I could duplicate zerorez with a squirt bottle, garden hose, and a shop vac.
I'm not disappointed, but zerorez is NOT revolutionary.

TY was wonderful! Very helpful in explaining all of the procedures and what the cleaning process entails. I think my favorite part is the fact my house does not smell of harsh chemicals after the carpet cleaning! Would definitely use them again.
The carpet and tiles look amazing after being cleaned. Even my granddaughter noticed when she sat on the carpet. Plus they're very fast. Good job!
