Professional service technician. Carpets dried in no time!
Hayden was exceptional.
I love that there are no chemicals used in the cleaning process. Our twelve-year-old carpeting and tile look better than they ever have after a cleaning. The carpeting also feels so much softer than it has in the past with professional cleaning. The technician was very thorough and I felt he spent a lot of time making sure everything turned out the best it could.

Your tech was very professional. He got the carpet cleaner than last time The two very worst spots came out the same color as the rest of the carpet. We were amazed.
The carpet overall looks fantastic. It is a little "crunchy" in areas and it no longer feels soft which has been disappointing. The tech also did not clean under the master bed which we were under the impression would be done. He also missed a strip of carpet behind the master bedroom door against the wall.

The technician missed areas in the master bathroom and front bathroom did not look like it had been touched.

Did a great job with our carpet and tile floors
Easy to work with, awesome technicians and amazing end product.
Main reason we were getting carpets cleaned was to get rid of smell of dog urine that could only be smellled when lying on floor. Unfortunately that smell did not disappear. Also one stain we had upstairs but unfortunately couldn't get it out. But the staff was friendly, on time, and was very professional. We just didn't get what we needed out of it.

We were very impressed with the professional handling of our appointment and scheduling. We did however have to request a re-do of a few spots that did not come out on our carpet. We are very happy with the job done on our tile and grout.

the quoted price and the price when the teck came out was more than a $100. difference. I was only able to get the bare minimum done. it cost me more to do a lot less than the regular carpet guy I normally use.
