The carpets are cleaned and dried exactly as claimed in the adds. The representative was in touch before his on time arrival and he did an excellent job on the upholstery. I like the fact that there is no soap involved in the process.

The "two hour arrival window" could be tried to be shaved down somewhat. If a customer is the
first one of the day, and driving distance from the office to that house has been calculated,
and meetings etc, were announced more in advance, it seems like that window could be more like a half-hour, and would be more customer friendly.
