This was a "gift" that I gave to my daughter who lives in an apartment. I went over there one day and couldn't believe how dirty the carpet had gotten. Despite it being vacuumed by my daughter on a regular basis, it still showed dirt. I went over there after Zerorez cleaning and was amazed at how clean the carpet was and how fresh the rooms smelled. HI, First name removed HERE. YOU CLEANED MY CARPET A FEW DAYS AGO AND THEY LOOKED GOOD WHEN THE TECH LEFT BUT THEY WERE STILL DAMP. WHEN THEY DRIED, WE NOTICED SEVERAL AREAS WERE NOT UNIFORM, ESPECIALLY IN THE KITCHEN EATING AREA.SO TODAY I RE DID A SMALL AREA AND IT LOOKS LIKE MAYBE ANOTHER GO-OVER WOULD BE IN ORDER IN THOSE AREAS. I USED MY OWN ZEROREZ AND SCRUBBED THE AREA WITH A HAND BRUSH AND THEN USED MY WET OR DRY VACUUM AND IT DID MAKE A DIFFERENCE. SO MAYBE YOU COULD DROP BY AND TAKE A LOOK AND SEE WHATYOU THINK. Too expensive, not worth the price. Appointment was between 10am - 12pm, they didn't show up until after 2pm and it felt like they rushed through the job.

Friendly professional service. I like that there are no chemicals. The cleaning is thorough and effective at removing dirt and pet stains.

That's EASY! Your incredible people!!!!!! Everyone, from the people who answer the phone, schedule my appointment and even reschedule a couple of times, when in my old age, I've double booked. And then, the young man who came out to clean these carpets. He took out stains that I thought would never come out, and yes, it took extra work but he did it. And his kindness will never be forgotten. He noticed that the battery for my smoke detector was signaling "low". I had the battery and he changed it. He is an angel to me. I tell everyone how GREAT! Zerorez is.
