Our carpets looked like brand new after they were cleaned.
Mostly i like that Zerorez is environmentally friendly.. I have been blessed to get quick responses and the date of service have required very little wait time.
The technician that arrived was friendly and efficient. Services were explained ahead of time so I knew what to expect, and that’s what was delivered.
The carpet doesn't look as clean as I expected it might look. The tile is dull and blotchy. The sealer was smeared across the tile after it was sprayed on. This left the tile looking dull. I didn't like the sealer application method. I immediately went over all of the tile with a Swiffer - it will take many more Swiffer cleanings to get the blotchy look out of the tile. Dirt that was released by the impowered water was pushed into corners and left along the edges. I had to go over all of the tile, along the edges, and scrub this dirt up.
The work and the people who do it are good. My carpets and furniture look so much better!
The tile floor looked great the day it was done but by the 2nd day the grout began to look dirty again in certain places
Extremely pleased with technician Trey and how thorough he was. This time I had the extra application put on after the suction phase so will be interested to see if it repels oil and keeps the carpet cleaner longer.

The score for the technician is a 10. However, we were disappointed that the process itself didn't clean our carpets better.
It would be nice to have a solution to help get out stains in the carpet.

My rugs are clean without chemicals, they dry quickly, the service person arrived in the 2 hour window, is polite and professional, I was callled before the appointment, and scheduling is easy! Perfect!
The passion the young man had about the clean tile was amazing. I will say there were spot on the tile that were missed I am going to call on Monday and see about getting someone out to fix them.

Our service tech, Walley was great. He explained the process well and talked about options for follow up, Only reason I didn't give 10 is that the treatments/extraction process didn't get rid of the odor.

Pricing was scetchy and happy but not super happy with results
The technician was awesome. The service was quick and efficient! The products are far superior from other companies I have used.

My renters left the carpets dirty and filthy. There were biologicals all over the carpet and dirt embedded inside the fibers. I didn't expect them to come clean at all, but I had to try. I called Zerorez and they cleaned the carpets and added a biological agent to kill the bacteria in the carpet. The carpets now look practically brand new. Their techician was nice and polite. I will definitely use them again.
