The employees were excellent and went out of their way to help but a little disappointed in the final result of the furniture cleaning. The chairs still look a little dirty after the cleaning and I would have expected them to look a little better since they were recently recovered 8 months ago and its new fabric.

Kyle was the nicest, most friendly rep I have ever experienced. He did a great job of explaining everything and cleaning my carpet, all while making me laugh at his interpretation of the history of carpet cleaning. The carpet really looks great now! He also went above and beyond when he saw me struggling with my blinds and fixed them for me! If there is a Zerorez customer service award (or a raise, wink wink;) he deserves it, no doubt! I have already recommended your company to several people and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Unfortunately I'm not satisfied with the cleaning of my stairs I was promised theat we will have better results than what I got and I pay more money for your service especting better results

I had hoped to see better cleaning next to baseboards around the edges of the carpets near the walls.
Also there were spots still behind the bathroom door by the bathtub. Otherwise, the carpet looked great. The worker was very polite.

Service tech, Josh, was very helpful, honest and professional. I had my wool area rugs cleaned and I was concerned about the smell (which wasn't too bad) so Josh took them to the garage and once dry, I was able to put them back in the house. They turned out great!
