I was very disappointed with the results along the baseboards after my "almost" white carpet was cleaned. The explanation as to why was extremely convoluted and confusing. The term "filter lines" did not really seem to address our problem, and once we went back in today and cleaned all along the baseboards by hand, it was obvious that there was lots of dirt and residue remaining. We vacuum every week and before you came we had vacuumed and used the attachments to clean right along the carpet/baseboard line so we know it was free of dust/dirt before you came. However, today the area looks much worse than it did before you cleaned. The center of all rooms looks great; it is just around the baseboards. The man who cleaned my carpet was so nice and very professional. From talking to a manager, I am sure your company has received this complaint from others in the past. Our actual carpet cleaner is certainly not to blame; he was excellent.

I've always like that my carpets feel soft after being shampooed by your company and not crusty by others who use harsh chemicals. The technicians are always prompt and explain what they will be doing after the initial walk through. The techs have been very professional and always do an excellent job.
