we moved in to new house with kids and grandkids. the first time my grandson walked in house his head swelled like a basketball. The prior people had Cats. we called ZEROREZ and the next day they came and cleaned our carpets and never has he had an issue again..

Other times I've had my living room carpet cleaned, the pet stains came out better. This time they didn't come out at all.

I thought my service technician was professional and very knowledgeable. He did a great job with my tile, grout, and carpet. I am concerned about the health and well-being of your employees. He was applying the grout sealer and it was very clear that you need to provide respirators to your service technicians. It is clearly labeled on the can. He was coughing deep in his chest. It was making me light headed and I was sitting outside on my porch with the door open so he could get some air!

OFF ONE OF MY VALANCES. IS HE THE SAME JERRY WHO PUT OUT THE FREEWAY BRUSH FIRE?

Fast service - good people - carpets seem very clean.
For the price, the carpets aren't any cleaner than cheaper companies we've used.
I appreciate the chemical free aspect of the carpet cleaning, but I think it doesn't quite work as well as other cleaners on difficult stains.

Cleaning method seems to remove most of the dirt and dust in the carpet and leaves it feeling soft without a detergent residue.
