The spots that were there before disappeared for a day and came back the next day. The carpets were crunchy in certain areas throughout the home. I'm not one to complain, but I was disappointed. Especially when you're paying $200, you expect a lot.

Aside from the Fact that my original appointment for Saturday the 8th was cancelled at the last minute and had to rescheduled to Wednesday which meant I lost time from work. Yes you discounted my service to $41.00 dollars I was not able to have all three rugs cleaned because I had to get to work. Everything is fine.

My husband has already spoken to someone there about this and we have been promised monetary compensation for the inconsiderate tech that came to our home. While I will admit that he did do an amazing job, he came 2 hours and 45 minutes after the promised end time which was 8:47 p.m! Then he proceeded to explain that he was late because he stayed longer at the last person's home and did their entire house after he explained what kind of cleaning he was doing. Well, meanwhile we had to cancel our evening out that we had planned and looked forward to and he was still at our house at 10:30 at night acting like we were all insomniacs like he is. Yes he explained to us that he sometimes only sleeps 3 hours a week. He shared some personal information about himself that I felt was inappropriate and while I, with all desperate hope and sincerity, do not want to see this guy lose his job, he definitely needs some guidance on customer service.

When I scheduled on-line for the 4-7 pm slot I guess I assumed that was arrival and work time.... they were very nice and did a good job, but arrived at 6 pm which was hectic for me.
I hear these guys advertising on KFYI every day. I finally got around to calling them. While they didn't arrive at the agreed upon time, they did call to make me aware of the delay. They also managed to finish up very close to the time they said they would finish, even though I added some more work for them to handle on the spot. They made the changes without hassle and got the office clean. The cleanliness compared to soapy cleaners is remarkable.
