I was in the hospital when the tech arrived. I'm disappointed in how fast he did his job. He was here less than 30 min to clean my whole bottom floor of my house.
I don't like that the technician doesn't put booties over his shoes. I know most places don't but you can't help but feel like he is washing his shoes on my carpet.
The two techs that did the work were very professional and efficient. They got the job done quickly and the carpet looks great!
My carpets come out very clean. The house smells good after you are done, no chemicals. Your staff is the best!!. The people that come to the house are VERY courteous. If anyone asks about carpet cleaning you are my answer. I use you at least once or twice a year.

Zerorez always does a great job on our carpets. They get out dirt and stains that other carpet cleaners haven't been able to.

Jeff was friendly and helpful and answered questions I had about the carpet cleaning. It looked very nice after it was cleaned.
The Zerorez did a good job cleaning our carpet, and we would use it again to clean our carpet. We also had some of our floor tile cleaned and it did not work well on it. It did not clean our grout well. We understand that our grout may have been stained so may not be possible for it to return to its original color. However, we also noticed that the tile that was cleaned appeared to lose some of its shine when compared to tile that we did not have cleaned. After it dried we noticed this change. Later we washed the tile with water several times to remove any residue, but the original shine did not return. We also washed the tile you cleaned and the remaining tile with a mild detergent and the original shine did not return to the tile you cleaned.
The technician that did our floors was very good and did took extra steps to try to clean our grout. He was very helpful and was concerned about trying to get our grout clean.

The cleaning is excellent, and the personnel are efficient and personable. The prices are very reasonable. I have never had a bad experience with Zerorez, and have been using them for over 5 years, both personally, and in business.

I have heard a lot of good things about Zeroerez and was excited to give them a try. Our landlord installed new carpet last year. About 6 months in we cleaned the carpet ourselves with a rental shampooer and got some pretty good results. We didn't want to clean the carpet ourselves this time due to time constraints so based on the good things we've heard we thought "let's give them a try." I have to admit, I'm not impressed. Our carpets do feel hard and the technician was not able to remove some eyeliner stains that we removed with a wash cloth and some warm water. I honestly don't know if this was a technician problem as he didn't seem to care much since he mentioned he was quitting in a week or if the product just wasn't up to par. And since I don't know which one it was, I'm sorry but I don't feel comfortable making a recommendation good or bad.
