The technician was at my place for all of 30 minutes and it cost me $170+. He only went over the couch and rug once (fairly quickly) and there are still faint stains on them both. The technician was friendly and personable, just don't feel that I received a good value for my money when the pieces weren't fully cleaned.

The service people that work for Zerorez are very professional and courteous and polite. They answer any questions that you may have. The carpeting always looks great after the cleaning and lasts much longer than the old way of cleaning with soaps and chemicals.

Friendly, hard working technician named Dillon did an excellent job and was fast !...... The carpet dried quickly with no crispy residue ..... I would use Xerorex again for sure !!
