The custimer service was exceptional. When I initially called, I was advised there was an extra fee due to the fact that I was outside the service area., However, the service advisor promptly told me there was a coupon for 15% off. On the date of service, the technician was a half an hour outside the time frame of my appointment. The service advisor called and offered cleaning for an extra room for free.
