Dustin did a great job!!
Your company has great customer service, but I was told that when the grout was cleaned, it would look "like new." After the initial cleaning, the grout was still dirty. I called and expressed my concern, and a technician was sent out to clean the tile/grout for a second time. The technician said that if the grout still looks dirty in the high traffic areas, after it dries, then the grout is stained and won't come clean. The tile looks great, but we spent close to $300 to still have dirty grout, after being told, when I set both the initial and follow up appointments, that the grout would be restored to it's original color.
Service tech was amazing. Very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job.
We were misled in the armory care treatment we were receiving. Poor communication among tech and felt we received an additional add on service that was needed.

Zerorez did a great job. They emailed me and called me to let me know Robert would be early. He was fast and did a great job. Very informative and friendly. The price was what I was quoted also. Definitely recommend Zerorez.
Tanner was very friendly and professional. Explained the procedure and answered my questions. Brightened our dingy carpets and were dry within 7 hrs. No crunchy residue left behind. We will have Zerorez back out to do the tile next.

It just plain works!
I called primarily for the regular service removal of a coffee stain on the living room. A spot in my daughters room came outtotally. The coffee stain is about 60% better. It would have been nice to have been able to extract the rest.

We are happy with the cleaning of the area rugs and thought the techs were nice and professional. However, we are very dissatisfied with how our sofas turned out. After two visits / two different people treating them it is our opinion they smell worse (musty) than before anything was done. Honestly we would like our money back for what was done on the sofas.
Carpet looks great and I like the fact that no chemicals were used. Your service man was the nicest young person, very professional and easy to talk with.
Technician was prompt, very professional and did an outstanding job cleaning my furniture and cleaning and sealing my tile floor.
I made a phone call a week prior to my appointment asking if I should fill in the holes in my travertine tile. The gal that answered my call said I was the first person to ask her that question and said she would place me on hold and ask a supervisor. After several minutes she returned and stated her supervisor said that my order showed I requested my tile to be cleaned and sealed and that the SEAL WOULD FILL IN THE HOLES. This was not true!!! Whom ever your "phone" staff speakes to needs to be better informed!
Consequently I have spent an entire day filling holes with grout AFTER having you clean and seal my floor, which was a waste of my money as I had to do it again myself.
This had nothing to do with the technician as he did a great job!! This rating has everything to do with your uninformed office!!!

Although the carpet came clean, the carpet was "crunchy". We chose this company based on ads that told us that would not happen. Yes, it did get better when we vacuumed the carpet however we could have chosen a less expensive company and done that as well. Just disappointed.
Nicole was great. She came and did a fantastic job and explained everything very well. One area "came back" and I was again impressed with how professional your employees are when Kyle came back and went over that one small area. You have cleaned a total of 6 homes for me and I always recommend you!

I talked with Susan and will call her back. Some small areas grout is not as clean as others. We had no loose grout prior to grout and tile cleaning. We now have a few areas that will have to be repaired. The wood baseboards are warped in many places from excessive water sitting. Have had to have a repairman come to fix. After 24 hours wood is still wet from excessive water from Zerorez application. Have cancelled having carpet done, as cannot chance having wet carpets and more ruined baseboards. Give me my money back so I can pay the repairman to fix damaged areas.
