Technicians are prompt, knowledgable and friendly. I love that my carpet is not crunchy and not only looks clean but smells clean.
Carpet remained wet for over 24 hrs even after leaving windows and doors open until late the first night. Have never had carpet take this long to dry even when we did it ourselves. Also several spots that should have been removed are still there. We also mentioned to rep that we wish we could dye our carpet since it is in good shape but we don't care for the current color. Next day we received an email stating you offer this service but the tech failed to share this with us.

I liked the reputation prior to contacting Zeroez. The folks are friendly, polite, prompt and conscientious. I only have one issue. The carpet was only 3 months old and we have a spot in the middle of the living room floor - the main reason for getting the carpets cleaned - the spot has reappeared and is more noticeable than prior to cleaning.
The remaining areas look awesome. I was disappointed with the spot as the advertisements state that spots will not reappear.
Nonetheless, I will be calling Zeroez to clean my travertine throughout my home and to clean my sofas. I am anticipating great results.
