I have only used Zerorez for cleaning my carpets so cannot compare to others but would never let others clean my carpet either! No false advertising with this company. A plus all the way around.

Professional and friendly technician.

The technician called and was even 15 minutes early. He was very professional as I discussed what I wanted cleaned on my sectional. He got out the darker spots where my dog lays. It came out looking almost new (great for 9 year old furniture)!

I've been using the complimentary sample bottle Zerorez on my stainless steel sink and it dries nice and looks very clean. I used it also on granite countertops and they came out really shiny.

The techs are very friendly, clean and professional! they took care with my carpet and worked hard to give my traffic areas attention! I highly recommend them. I love that this company calls a head the same day and lets you know when they will be arriving!

I noticed some spots on the carpet that I didn't notice before. And I had to go through and scrub them after the technician left. Now the technician was very professional and very polite. It wasn't till after he left and I went to go put the furniture back that I know to see spots. The spots were very easy to clean up and I was just wondering why the cleaning process didn't remove the stains ?

The tech that came to our house gave us a list of options and suggestions on how to best serve our needs. He did a fabulous job and our carpet and couch look so much better. Outstanding product you have coupled with great customer service.
