I was dissatisfied with my technician. He acted like he would rather be anywhere else than cleaning my carpets. The technician I had almost two years ago was very personable. This young man has a lot to learn about dealing with the public.

Took two phone calls to get service in the first place. Dillon came to clean the carpet. I paid with a credit card and asked for a email receipt. He stated he would send one . None received that day. So the next day I called the office and they said they would send one. The service was Monday. It is now Wednesday night and still NO receipt. Also I have looked on Google for a email address to ask for a receipt and none to be found. Only phone numbers that put you on hold . Very Poor customer service. The employee who came was very professional, polite and informative.

You find ways to drive up the price over such small things. Example you quote me a price to clean a chair and just because my chair is "larger" then "average" you charged $30 more! How much longer could it really have taken 5 mins tops. Your true cost is time so just set a price, same with a hallway or steps. I would get it if I had 50 steps but 18 vs. 15 come on... I guess it comes down to this, is it more important to get $30.00 from a customer because the chair is a little "larger" then what you call normal. Or to have a repeat customer. HOpe the 30 dollars was worth it...

There was absolutely no smell during or after the cleaning. The carpet dried within a few hours and was easily vacuumed today to make it look even better.

The last time my carpet was done the young man was able to get the traffic areas about 90% clean, although he did go over it a few times. This time your employee was able to get the carpet clean in the non-traffic areas but the traffic areas hardly appeared different. The difference between the two employees, I think, was the amount of effort put in. This time the employee seem rushed and was rough with the baseboards and corners, etc., hitting them with the nozzle head. He did keep me informed on how fast he was compared to other employees, etc.

I like the fact that my carpets dried quickly and weren't too "crusty" after the cleaning. The technician placed protective moldings around our corners so that there wouldn't be any marks. Did a good job of cleaning the carpets and worked at an efficient pace

There were numerous stains left on carpet. I was able to scrub some of the stains out myself.

I've used Zerorez in the past and I feel like it has gotten more expensive. I paid extra for a pet treatment and I can still smell urine in that room. I will attempt to go over it myself to see if I can remove the smell. Just thought I would have better results using a company.

Zerorez always does a great job. I feel comfortable with their staff. They are dependable, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. I know I am getting the best work every time they come into my home. The work they do lasts twice as long as their competitors so in the long run I feel we are saving money. Though I am spending more money up front, I know in the long run it is saving me more money.

Your representative was very courteous and explained the process. However I did find your service to be a little expensive and more than what we were prepared to pay. The one carpet did not clean up as well as we hoped and we did pay a lot for the service. He did explai. The stains might not come out. I probably would not have cleaned the carpet and would have gotten rid of it. He did say the stains may not come out.
