The tile looked a bit better after the cleaning but an odor I was trying to address persisted after the cleaning. Also, I thought all of the stone tile would be sealed but only the grout was included.

I've had great results from your company before, and told many people how the grout looked brand new. It took the tech awhile, but the results were great. This time, the results weren't as good, and the tech didn't seem to spend much time working on it. Not bad but not great.

What I like about your products is that you don't use soap, which leaves soap residue on carpets, creating a magnet for dirt. The gentleman who came to clean the carpets was professional and explained everything well. I asked him if he'd go ahead and clean more rooms than I'd originally wanted and he was glad to help. We are so pleased with the thorough cleaning Dallin did. Our carpets look brand new, he was amazed that they were almost 15 years old! We love Zerorez, and we'll be having our carpets cleaned again when they need it. Dallin is so courteous and well mannered, he went out of his way to assist us in any way we needed.
