Your process is so much less disruptive than other processes and just as effective.
Your company made our carpets looks like new again. With Kids, a dog, and a cat the carpets get plenty of use. Amazing how good the tile looks also. Very satisfied.

I had asked about getting the carpet clean at the edges near the wall. I was told that would not be a problem when the appointment was made. When the technician started cleaning the carpet he said the dark edges could not be cleaned. This was basically the main reason I wanted the carpet cleaned. Also the carpet is hard and crunchy, no better than the last time I had it cleaned using an inferior company with a Groupon voucher. I would appreciate a visit to show you how bad the carpet turned out. I have only minimally walked on it since it upsets me to the point of sleeping on the couch downstairs.

It dries the carpet quickly and it doesn't leave it crunchy.
There are still spots on the carpet in front of the sofa. Even though the service tech was nice about it he knocked a hole in the wall here he entered with the hoses. He did do one of the rooms scotch guard for free to offset the price to fix it but it still happened. It also took 16 hours for the carpets to dry and that is with the air conditioner set at 72 and all the fans on in the house.
I also requested that he look at the white wool berber to see if you could clean it and he did not advise me on that.
It would be helpful to have a tech come back out to address the stains in front of the sofa.
