Service is always great from the time you book the appointment until the end of your cleaning services. They are thorough and considerate. I don't feel like I'm going to be "upsold". They are on time and efficient so you're not waiting all day.
Great service from an extremely friendly technician. Good communication and was on time. Product worked as advertised leaving clean residue free carpet which is beneficial for the health of our dogs . Overall we were extremely satisfied with the experience and will definitely use the services again in the future when needed.

Everything I could t believe my carpet. It looks ama ing and is 13 years old!! The technician was very good. Explained everything. Didn't push selling more like the last company Stanley steamers. He was friendly engaging and wonderful. Hands down 100 percent better than all the companies including Stanley steamers we have ever used. Customer for life and I will tell everyone. Amazing service.
