Technician was quick, thorough, professional, and my capers looked brand new after.
Unfortunately I'm not satisfied with the cleaning of my stairs I was promised theat we will have better results than what I got and I pay more money for your service especting better results

I had hoped to see better cleaning next to baseboards around the edges of the carpets near the walls.
Also there were spots still behind the bathroom door by the bathtub. Otherwise, the carpet looked great. The worker was very polite.

Service tech, Josh, was very helpful, honest and professional. I had my wool area rugs cleaned and I was concerned about the smell (which wasn't too bad) so Josh took them to the garage and once dry, I was able to put them back in the house. They turned out great!

Technician I think Dillon? Price was fair and he was able to clean my area rug which I hadn't requested at the time of order but he had time.
Very friendly service- Everyone I talked to to schedule and confirm the appointment was very nice and professional. However the actual cleaning of our carpets was extremely disappointing. My husband had them stop before even completing and we had to call another company out to redo and finish the job.
