I love the fact that my kids and animals can be on my carpets right after service because there aren't harsh chemicals used.

The carpet was very clean and the room smelled fresh. The carpet also dried quickly. Also, the technician, Robert, was very polite and respectful. I was very impressed with the whole experience!

The individuals who came and cleaner our carpet and furniture were incredibly kind and professional. Plus they got the big blue stain out of my brand new carpet! :)

Service tech arrived on time and performed the cleaning task promptly. He was knowledgeable about the product and service, and about future care of our tile floors. The floors looked so much better than we expected and they felt so clean. We would definitely recommend Zerorez to our friends.

Truthfully, this is my first time using the product; but so many people recommended the company that I am going on their experience .
I do not have my carpets cleaned often enough to have a qualified opinion

Carpets are not saturated with chemicals and retained water. Drying is quick which allows for uninterrupted family activities in the home

Grout looks great but tile was left with a white to clear film; after three times mopping it myself, I have called back for it to be fixed.

Zerorez is fast, professional and they do an excellent job.

Environmental friendly, no soapy residue.

Area rug is crunchy after drying. I was told there would be no guarantee since my dog got sick in it and I did not want to have it sent out for $6 a foot. My couch has a musky smell and there are still marks on the pillows after the cleaning. Complete waste of $184.

Customer service was great from start to finish. The customer service rep who assisted us in scheduling the appointment was very helpful and nice. She was new in that position, but it was only from her telling me that I would have known. She worked hard to get me the answers to my questions. The tech who came to do the cleaning was a nice guy, professional, and was time efficient and thorough! It was nice to have a clean couch, floors, and tile again. We felt refreshed-- like it was a new home all over again. This wasn't our first time using Zerorez, but one thing is for sure, it wont be our last!
