The tile cleaning was rushed so there are still dirty spots while other areas are clean. I would like someone to come reclean the dirty areas of the tile/grout so that it is evenly clean throughout the kitchen.
Not only is there no chemical smell, very little wetness and it was fast to complete the job but the carpet looks new! The stains from a year ago are gone! The tech was great too
Had a cloudy film on my tile. Afterwards the film was gone. But I need to give it a few more days to see if it is truly permanent. The tech, Jeff, was dependable, explained the process and professional.
The tech was informative, nice and not pushing the up-sell. The carpets came out great and the majority of the stains are completely gone.

We spent $200 to get our carpets cleaned and the guy did a very quick job we still had stains in the carpet after he left. I've always been pretty satisfied with carpet cleaners but this was the first time we used zerorez and I was very disappointed after spending the amount of money I did with the results I had. And my carpets were new only a year old.
The young man who cleaned our upholstery was very thorough. He was also very personable and pleasant. He did a great job!!
