As a consumer, I rely a great deal on the service to provide detailed procedures and results prior to the service. The cleaning resulted in the baseboards paint being damaged. The water pressure peeled the paint. Obviously it is going to happen from high pressure water, but it would have been nice to been made aware of this prior to the procedure. As a consumer I am thinking about other things, as the provider that should be on the employees minds.

Price seemed expensive for 15 minutes of cleaning?!

I love how efficient the entire process was. I was not sure they were going to be able to schedule me in because of how close it was to Christmas, but they found the time with me. They remembered things we talked about on our phone call and the actual cleaning process was amazing! Then to top it off, they sent me a "happy birthday" card for my niece (it was her birthday party that afternoon\on). I mean talk about an amazing company.

I'm happy with the overall outcome of our carpet cleaning, the carpet looks and feels clean. The team was polite and efficient. However the carpet felt more wet then damp and it took more then 24 hours for it to completely dry. we opened all the doors and turned on all the fans in our house,the weather was sunny, low humidity.

The serviceman was actually ahead of time when called ahead. An area of my carpet had a lot of spots. He did a great job removing the stains. I had him clean my arm chair. He did a good job and even fluffed up the lumbar section which had become worn down on one side.
All in all, I highly recommend his work.
He was polite and knowledgeable.
I didn't get a receipt unless he sent it on line and I didn't check my email.

Floors are always cleaned well.

The carpet was cleaned well and I was pleased with the result. However, the technician that services my home was rude, arrogant, disrespectful and I would never allow him to come again. I received a call asking if he could arrive before the scheduled time. I tried my best to accommodate saying I could be home 30 minutes early. He still arrived before that and was put out that I wasn't home and ready for him. He treated myself and others here so rudely. I like Zero Rez as a company and i like the product. But I expected the technician to be more friendly and courteous to me. For that reason, I would have to think twice before I use the company again.
