..very friendly...carpet looked great.
The carpet was very soiled and had pet stains. The technician was very helpful explaining he would try to get the stains up. The carpet came out great and dried faster than we expected. We are very pleased with your service and will recommend you to our friends and family.

We had 2 fresh spills on the carpet from the evening before (choc milk) and I told the gentleman who cleaned my carpets about them and those are the only spots that are still there. Being that the spots in question were so fresh I would have assumed that it would have easily been removed.

I like the no "chemical" smell. It had a fresh clean scent.
Very polite and did a great job, though trying to sell house and he was allowed to park in the driveway but didn't know he had an oil leak and it leaked on my driveway.
Carpet in some areas did not look like it was even cleaned. I had Zerorez in Colorado do some work and the carpet came out looking new. This job looks like it was not even cleaned. All my high traffic areas still look untouched.
