House smells like wet dog after I was assured that the smell would go away. Carpet still looks the same after almost 48 hours that the carpet was cleaned.

Our service technician was fantastic - friendly and hard working. He kept us informed as he made progress through each room. He was super polite, and also took pride in his work.

My only criticism is with the phone conversation I had with the person who called to confirm the appointment. I asked her how much the fee would be to treat for pet stains, and she replied that the technician would go over that with me at the home. I pressed her for additional information, but she feigned ignorance. I was surprised and disappointed that she wasn't able to give me a ballpark, as when I asked him when he arrived, he immediately replied, "$40 per room." It didn't appear to be complicated in the least. When the person on the phone didn't tell me the cost, I immediately assumed that I was going to be ripped off. It made me uncomfortable and frankly, I almost cancelled the appointment. It could be lack of training on her part, but I immediately wondered if I was dealing with a shady company. Luckily, your service technician (whose name escapes me - I apologize) turned around my impression of the company. But how the phone call was handled is the only reason why I am not giving your company an overall score higher than 8.

Was not impressed with how the carpets turned out. Seems like some of the areas worked amazing and others where not even touched with any cleaning solution. Carpet was even dry in those areas right after service was preformed. The gentleman was very professional and had great customer service. He made sure he wasn't going to damage anything and gave me a great description of what the plan of attack was.

Service person (Steve) was - Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The changed ph water works the way you say it will.

Good Product, well trained staff.

We were not impressed with the cleaning of our tile and sealing of grout. The sealant was out of a spray can that allowed overspray to go all over the tiles. We tried to mop up the overspray with no luck, while mopping up we noticed dirt coming up from the tiles that were just cleaned.
Our technician was great and worked really hard.

The technician did an amazing job, so friendly and accommodating, we've already scheduled an appointment to have the rest of the rooms in the house cleaned.

Carpet was still pretty wet for about 8 hrs afterward, but carpets very clean, customer service was amazing, technicians did everything perfectly and loved their customer service!

Quick to get you scheduled in within a day or two to have service done.

Cleaning that I had performed was great and the technician was great as well. Cost for multiple rooms/items needs improvement. When cleaning one or 2 rooms the cost of your product is probably well within most peoples budget and could be considered of great value. When adding more rooms, large rooms, area rugs, tile sealing, or furniture you don't offer any kind of discount for multiple rooms/items that would benefit the customer the way that you, the seller, benefit. Meaning 1 trip & 1 setup for 12 items is easier than 12 trips 12 setups for 1 item each. Maintaining your cost per room/item adds up quickly and would very likely be out of reach for most people so they would need to schedule just a couple if things to be cleaned at a time.

The carpets came out looking great, They came clean as I hoped they would of very easy. Previously thru Zerorez I used the protection treatment and it saved a lot of wear on the high traffic areas. Overall very good experience, Their Technician, "Dustin" was very friendly and professional.

The technician, Joseph, who did our cleaning was very nice. courteous and very helpful, and explained a lot about the carpet and cleaning. He did a great job, and we are very happy with the way the carpet turned out.
