Second time we used Zerorez.. extremely disappointed. The first time we booked zerorez we had 2 minor pet stains- both were completely removed with no stains and/or odor. This time we had similar pet stains and the treated carpet was not only left extremely crusty and stiff but also has a lingering odor that wasn't there prior. The 2 pet stains were in different areas than the first time so it wasn't a matter of the repeated accident on the same area of carpet. It was a Saturday afternoon and the technician was in and out in under 30 minutes- maybe some things were overlooked or even skipped. As a returning customer we expected the same outstanding work we received the first time but were very disappointed.
The tech was kind and fantastic. The end result is terrible. I wanted pet stains and Oder removed but it hasn't helped. It looks cleaner but still smells horrible.
I am very pleased and the person who cleaned our carpets was so professional and kind! I am a huge fan and will continue to spread the word to family and friends. Also, love the Zerorez water and use it on stainless steel appliances, windows and carpets. It is amazing. Happy Holidays. Keep up the good work. Great employee.

I was unhappy with the cleaning of the stairs and that was the main reason that I had the carpet cleaned. I had to immediately had to work on cleaning the stairs after the technician left. For $340 I expected a better job, I am not likely to refer you to anyone. I just don't think he paid attention to detail
