I had high hopes because I had heard such great things about your company, but was disappointed in the result. Once the carpet dried, the stains and odor (from a sick dog accident) were just as evident as they were before the zerorez cleaning. The mess was fresh, so in my opinion, should have been pretty easy to clean. A second trip out here would be nice to see if it can be rectified. Side note - the technician was very nice and professional.
