Zerorez... Where do I start. So I purchased my home a few months back from an owner with 2 great Danes and like 4 other dogs. The carpets were a little worn to say the least. Due to the high volume of dogs from the previous owners my dogs were starting to mark where they marked. It was so out of control I literally havery every intention on just getting new carpet. I called ZEROREZ up and they came. This was my experience. So they educated me on issues I have and taught me along the way what they were doing and why. Several hours later, my carpets were amazing. I will say they are pricey, but if your serious on getting your carpets cleaned by an educated friendly group. You can't call anywhere else but ZEROREZ.

There's no residue left on the the carpet after it's been cleaned. That's what drew me to this product and that's why I've used Zerorez for close to ten years. The work is always well done and I am always pleased with the results.

the technician was polite and very helpful

They came late. Then after cleaning tile we were offered grout to be sealed and agreed. There was over spray that I asked if it should be wiped up they said no it will dissipate. Now we have that residue on my tile that I can't get up and my tile looks old yet it's brand new
