No chemical residue

should rake carpet after cleaning to erase lines left. We have a rug rake and lines were mostly erased after use. Spots were pet had accidents were more noticeable. Like too much cleaning solution was used and not rinsed out. Hopefully stains are not permanent.
Will back to Chem Dry.

I appreciated the email confirmation for appt. On time, honest and polite technician. Very upfront about prices and did not do any unnecessary cleaning.

The price I paid 2 years ago was more reasonable and had more benefits.

The quality was great and the gentleman who cleaned our floors was amazing. However, both on the phone and in person, I was asked if you wanted me to seal our tile grout. I declined because you have sealed them before, and they still got relatively dirty. After everything dried, I noticed our grout was not much cleaner than before. The tile was significantly more clean, but the grout was not. Before asking someone if they want their grout cleaned, you may want to let them know that you don't get the grout entirely clean with a standard floor cleaning. From my perspective, this would just seal in the dirt.

Rugs never looked cleaner.

I recently had my carpets and sofa cleaned. The original technicians did a great job. Both the carpets and the sofa were heavily soiled as we were told that they should be replaced rather than cleaned again. The technicians worked diligently and the results were fantastic. When the sofa dried, there were a few small streaks that needed touching up and Zerorez sent another tech to our home. In a few minutes he was able to complete the touch up and the sofa looks as good as new. I want to make sure that it is noted that the fact that the sofa required additional work was because of the original soiled condition. Nice job to all of the Zerorez technicians!
