Very professional and clean carpet at a fair price!
This has been the 3rd. time we have used ZeroRez. Excellent cleaning & very professional tech! James was on time, friendly & very competent!!

I heard you advertised by Mike Broomhead on KFYI AM 55.0 Radio for several years & finally decided to give you a try. I was so impressed! First, everyone was so very nice and helpful and friendly. Second, I love the process- no big messy machines! Third, I love the results! Zerorez has accomplished what no other Carpet Cleaning Company has been able to accomplish in that you made the carpet look almost as good as new! I will DEFINITELY use Zerorez forever more! I have had the Best- Zerorez and there is no turning back ! Thank you Zerorez- I love you guys!
Well. In our home we have an 8x10 area rug over the existing wall-to-wall carpet. It has been in place since we moved in 6 years ago. Your Technician (who was b=very good), informed us that it is your policy to double charge us for the carpet and the rug. Since the carpet has never been walked on, how could it be dirty. He called your office, and we were basically told that we would be double charged. (Neither of your previous techs had explained that to us). So one more time, your tech cleaned the area rug but not the carpet. I told him not to; we are at the age where we should not be moving large heavy objects.
You need to review your pricing policy. When the tech knows that the carpet under the room sized area rug has not been used, he/she should be able to waive your compound charges.
The Tech did a fantastic job. We just finished a major remodel and the carpet was dirty. BUT, after finding out that we have been double charged for our living area for three years, I will probably reconsider using your carpet cleaning services again. I think we deserve a large refund.
I left a 5 STAR review on yelp today. You guys are the BEST all around from the wonderful gentleman I spoke to on the phone to the gentleman that cleaned the carpet. I will never use anyone but Zerorez 😊

The tech was very helpful and kind. He arrived on time and went right to work. I am not impressed with the outcome of the carpets. They are clean but I feel as though I could have gotten the same results from renting a store machine. It is by no means the fault of the tech as he did the best the equipment allowed for. Im not sure if a rotor type cleaner would have brought some life back to the carpets or if they really are that worn from foot traffic. I guess time will tell.
Professionalism and promptness of associates as well as ease of scheduling
Price was to much. We did just traffic areas around beds in two rooms and your charge me for the entire rooms. These are small areas. Others charge 1/2 . The work was Good.

The cost was much higher than other company's we have used. The results were the same for the most part. I didn't get a written receipt with the actual cost on it but Kyle was very helpful and respectful. I had a stroke a few months ago and he was very kind and patient with me when I was much slower both with my mobility and my delayed communication ability.
