everything and technicians & call center people are very friendly.
Luis was personable, arrived on time, got to work and completed his job in about 2 hours, gave us last minute instructions and cleaned up everything before he left. He didn't even leave footprints on the tile. He did a great job and the carpet looks much better than before. Thank you.

The only thing that frustrated me a bit was: I had decided to add a couch n another room to what I wanted to have cleaned. When I called your office to let them know, I was told oh just tell the driver when he gets there. I called 5 days before my appointment. I had to explain to the lady that I was trying to be nice so they have a better idea of how long the cleaning time would be so they could give anyone after me a better 2 hour window. Finally she took the information down. It was frustrating because I felt like I was her boss and needed to tell her how to do her job. I have been in customer service all my life n would hope other customers would give you all the courteously of telling you if they were adding items. Anyway I walked away from that conversation questioning my judgement if I called the right company to do the job. The only reason I did not cancel was because I am a return customer and I love the job your technicians do in my carpets. Thank you and I hope this helps in your training process for the people you have answering your phones.

Our carpet was not cleaned as thoroughly as it should've been for the price. Some areas still smelled dirty and uncleaned. It was a very quick cleaning.

No residue and smell
Disappointed that the tech did communicate very well when it came to moving furniture. We advised him upon walking thru that if he was not able to get to any area or if we needed to move furniture such as beds, he was to let us know and we would the items. I had to continually ask him what he was not able to get at. Didn't ask about cleaning closets or pantry. Not as thorough a job as we had we zeroed in the past. When he did Iacknowledge that an item was ready to be moved he wanted us to move it over where the floor were wet. I told him that I didn't want marks on the floor from rolling our bed or couch over the wet areas.

Your technician was great. He was very polite and spoke highly of your company however I was really expecting cleaner carpet. I honestly don't see the dufferance between the zerorez and stanley steemer who was quite a bit less expensive. I heard alot of radio commercials and decided to give you a try. I can't say anything bad about how I was treated or that I was misled, just that there are still visable areas that didn't get cleaned.

I have respiratory issues and am sensitive to smells so I like that no harsh chemicals are used and have no lingering fragrance.
YOUR PRODUCTS CLEAN AND PROTECT MY CARPET. THE DRYING TIME IS AMAZING. YOUR TECNITIONS ARE FRIENDLY AND HAD ME CHECK THE AREAS FOR SPOTS THAT REMAINED (THERE WEREN'T ANY)best job ever.
I do have a suggestion that would help people, over 70, like me. Removing small piece of furniture like small tables and chairs. I would be willing to pat extra for this service.
