No soap residues
They were prompt and only charged the rate they quoted. The carpets look great and the rep worked really hard to get a few spots out of the carpet.

Tech was very friendly and informative! He made sure to experience lain everything and made sure we were satisfied with each room before he moved to the next. He seemed to really enjoy his job which made the experience seem less and great.
Was very easy to schedule, the tech was friendly, and the results are great. Our grout wasn't very dirty to begin with but now it looks like new!

What isn't there to like. You guys do a great job. Worth every red cent.
We like the fact that Zerorez uses mainly water to clean and the carpet dries quickly--basically within 6 to 8 hours our carpet was dry. We are very happy with Zerorez and will definitely have them back to clean our carpets again next year.
My floors were not properly cleaned and I am waiting on the re-scheduled cleaning. If it is done properly, I will happily recommend you.

The technicians are knowledgeable about the products. They explain the process and have always been very pleasant.
The techs were wonderful, and I like that no soap residue is left on my carpet. However, the carpets are not at all clean! There are 2 spots where my dog sleeps and the (beige)carpet is still dark gray there. I understand that urine stains require separate and additional cleaning, but this is just normal dirt/oil. Also, my carpets (and house) now smell like wet dirt. Out of curiosity, I just used my SpotBot on a spot of carpet in the middle of the hallway and the water that came up was still dark gray--just like before. I feel like I just wasted $232 for carpet cleaning plus $100 for the additional "protectant" for absolutely nothing. Is this a normal result? If so, I am extremely disappointed and will not be using your service again or recommending it to anyone. If not, then I would like the problem fixed.

The way the tech (Allison?) was so professional and worked very hard to remove three spots that myself and two others could not. She did a fantastic job and the results were amazing. I am sold on your people, products and results. You are the best for carpet cleaning of anyone I have used in Scottsdale in the 33 years that I have lived here. Thanks!

I like how clean the carpets get with your treatment, though I wish the technicians weren't obviously forced to try to upsell you on products and services while they are here. That part is annoying and hard to deal with.
