Carpet cleaned up nice and the service man was very knowledgeable, polite and did a great job cleaning the carpet. We had two houses done and although one because of wear did not clean up as well as the other one it was NOT because the service tech did not give it his ALL because he certainly did and we are well satisfied.
Your technician, Brian, was the best of two or three we have had in the past. He was a hard worker, personable, and customer-oriented. We were very pleased with his work. We have used your cleaning fluid for a variety of clean-up jobs. Great product!

More $$ and not really any better them Stanley Steemer. They do closets for free. I did like the fact that it dried faster.
Carpets were cleaned very well, technician was friendly and more than willing to retouch an area.
A month ago we dropped off an area rug that had dog urine on it. Your company tested it and said it could be thoroughly cleaned with some kind of enzymes. We authorized a $480.00 cleaning based on the representation that your company would clean it and leave it odorless. We paid the $480.00 and took it home yesterday, unrolled it and left it in a vacant room overnight. We noticed immediately that it smellled much worse all over. The smell in the room this morning was terrible
To be fair, we call ped and returned the rug this morning. If your company can make it right, that will be great. If not, we expect a full refund. Our very expensive rug is now worth nothing to us.

I like the fact that you use strong acidic water. We have a personal kangen water machine. It makes a difference in our life. Drinking 9.0 water etc.

Price and great scheduling. Tech was also able to clean an area rug which I hadn't scheduled.
The process was quick and effective. The carpet looks great.
Carpet was left very wet. When it finally dried 12 hours later I noticed the carpet is crunchy. Since Zerorez doesn't use soaps or chemicals I'm assuming this was dirty water left in the carpet. In the tiled kitchen and dining room the tile in front of the kitchen sink is still dirty. The tile under my dining room table was not cleaned or sealed. There was a small puddle of dirty water left on the tile next to the baseboard. The Tech arrived at 12:21 pm and was gone by 1:30pm. I don't feel this was sufficient time to complete the job properly. I called the office on Saturday (the day of service) to report the issues in the kitchen,dining room & very wet carpet. However I didn't realize the carpet was crunchy until it fully dried. I called the office again on Sunday left a message and never received a call back.
You are more expensive and I didn't see a result different than your competitors. It also took 14 hours for the carpet to dry before I could put my furniture back in.
Scheduling was convenient, and service rep was polite and did a good job. Price was somewhat competitive.

Very professional, easy to schedule online, confirmation call two days before, and the carpets look good as they possibly can.
Spots in living room called saturday was put on hold for awbile then diconnected. Called back and got office closed message. Thought the person should have finished with me before closing.

Our tech was amazing! He was very professional, friendly, and gave great service! I was super impressed when he swept my side walk because there were a few rocks the hose pushed on it! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have already told a few people who are looking to get their carpets cleaned!
I truly dislike all the extra fees for everything. When I pay $225 for a carpet cleaning I would expect it to be completely cleaned...spot cleaning included, heavy traffic areas given extra attention.
Great service and excellent workmanship
Leaves no residue from products used in the cleaning process. Hopefully my carpet will look as it does now for a long period of time. If it does not I won't be likely to recommend it.
