No chemicals
Good people, good product.
I liked that you don't use chemical to clean the carpet. The technician that came to my house was absolutely great. Extremely knowledgeable. Very professional, and on time.very happy with his service.

Service rep did a nice job.
It was a huge charge, and the carpet still has quite a smell. I asked the worker before hand if we paid an extra $120 for the pet treatment, would it make a difference. He said it would. Maybe it made a small difference, but I am trying to come to terms that spending $320 for stairs, hallway and one room was worth it. Maybe I should have just put that money towards new carpet.
The reports we heard from radio plugs made it sound like it would work. Also the carpet was wet for the entire night and into the next morning. I am just not sure the extra money we paid to Zero Rez was worth it, and so I am not sure if I would recommend this service or if I would ever do it again.
We have used Zerorez for several years. Services have been available at our schedule.
The service Andrew provides is superb. He is thorough and everything looks fabulous when he leaves. I love hearing about his personal life too and will miss him since he is moving to weekdays only and I won't be able to have him come on the weekend anymore. He is a great employee and should get a nice vacation before he has to work during the week now. He deserves it. You Rock Andrew!!!

Easy to schedule, on time, professional, carpet looks great
After having carpet and tile cleaned and seaed to the tune of $682 I was questioning the grayish spots on areas of tile after cleaning. Tech cleaned some and then said something was going on from the groat and I should purchase a bottle of special water to take care of the rest. Thought that was odd since I just handed him a check that paid for grout cleaning. Now I have to have you back to fix areas that weren't cleaned thoroughly. I have to be at home for your tech to show and had to talk scheduler into have it done before thanksgiving even though I made original appointment over 2 weeks ago.
