Fast and efficient service and carpet dried very quickly!
I like that the products are safe for my cats and the environment. The gentleman that came to provide the service was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable about the products used and services needed.

We had a few issues this time...
1. Our family room carpet had spots that were "crunchy"
2. The carpet was stretched and rolled in one bedroom. While it flattened as the carpet dried, there are "crunchy" spots still
3. The other bedroom smells musky now
We have had mixed results from the four times you have been out since we started using Zerorez.

The technician was very nice. I feel as though paying a higher price I'd be more satisfied but I honestly can't tell that the carpets were cleaned. The heavy traffic areas still look like heavy traffic areas. I believe he did his best to clean them I just don't think it really looks like our carpets were cleaned.

We liked Sam, the man who cleaned the carpets. He was very detailed and thorough! He was also very courteous. As far as Zerorez, the only downer was the additional/optional charges for the stain protector. It was way overpriced so we did not do it.

My technician Robert was wonderful and would request him every time. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything and answered all my questions.
Other companies cleaning carpets where booties over street shoes. It was weird getting carpets cleaned by someonevwearingvstreet shoes in and out of the house. Plus the carpet was soaking wet. I saw the 4 to 8 hour timeline but after 10 hours withbfams running and doors open it gets a bit ridiculous
