That the service associate was eager to please and believed in the tenet "that the customer is always right". We presented him with a carpet that is over 10 years old and he did everything he could to make it look as good as possible; as we as explaining what could and could not be done with courtesy. The carpets, upholstery & tile cleaning were absolutely superb & it was all dry the next AM. Kyle Kahl, the person that did this wonderful cleaning was a hard worker & very polite. He went out of his way to do a superior job in the shortest amount of time.

There are some stains that re appeared after the cleaning. One of the urine spots still has an odor. This is the second time I have had the carpet cleaned since we have lived here. The first time was much cheaper but the chemicals were over powering. The carpet looked great that time. Pet stains removed and smell gone. If you couldn't get rid of it the first time I don't think there is anything you can do. I will have to go back to the company with the strong chemicals.
