I had a vehicle carpet and seats cleaned. I know it was dirty and I know there were obvious stains that would not completely come out, but regular dirty areas I would expected to have removed were not, also it looked like corners were cut when cleaning the carpet. Some areas didn't even appear to have been brushed over. I went to the trouble to even remove all the seats from the truck to allow access to all areas of the carpet and still feel areas were "brushed" over too quickly or flat out missed. If I am spending a $150 to just clean the the seats and carpet I would expect a much more thorough job. (I would have preferred to do it myself with your equipment then I know I would have got all areas) If you are wondering why I didn't point this out to the tech, the true results did not appear until the seats and carpet were completely dried. Zerorez always does a great job cleaning my carpet. I always love the way my carpet looks after you guys have cleaned it. Zerorez employees are very efficient, friendly and helpful. I have no complaints at all. I am very happy with my service and my carpet.

The appointment process was simple and smooth and the Zerorez rep was on time and courteous as well as doing a great job.
The tech who came out Albert, was very nice. He explained that that after he cleaned that I had some spots that were not coming clean because of heavy traffic and wear in my carpet. Not able to get them out. After carpet was dry 24 hrs. I took store bought carpet cleaner in and sprayed on those areas and got some of the spots up myself. Not sure tech gave full effortto get spots out of carpet.
Andy who did our carpets was very friendly to us and also explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. Yes, we will recommend Zerorez to others.
Your technician arrived promptly on time as my appointment had been scheduled and he also explained your cleaning process in great detail, step by step and explained how the water you use for carpet cleaning was processed and why it cleans so well. I have a very old carpet, but I explained to the technician that I will be getting a new puppy in a couple of months and that I didn't want to get new carpeting while I was in the process of housebreaking the puppy. My carpet was very soiled and had a lot of stains. The technician did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpet. I did not think that it could look that good again. This was the best job ever done on my carpet! He gave me a complete estimate for getting my tile cleaned and sealed. I will only use Zerorez in the future.
