The carpet in my new house looked like it was from the 1980's when the house was built, I would venture to say that the carpet probably wasn't cleaned since the 1980's as well. A mostly white carpet was mostly gray by the time I bought the house. While I do plan redoing my floors completely in the future, I had to get the carpets cleaned at the very least. I heard of Zerorez on the radio and figured I would give them a chance. The person I made the appointment with was very kind and honest. Rather than set me up with several different products he explained in great detail the different products I might end up using do to the severity of the soiled carpet as well as having pets, one of which is a new puppy, (we all know how that goes) The gentleman on the phone quoted me the highest price and told me that the cleaner would assess the damage when he came to my home. He did, and he recommended only the regular cleaning and a pet treatment in only one room. He was fast and very professional and while I didn't expect perfection due to the years of damage, I did get perfection. He was able to get stains out that I had tried to get out myself with so much elbow grease as well as one of those rental carpet cleaners. I still plan on redoing my floors, but I must say, my carpet looks as if it was brand new. Having a small child and 3 dogs and a cat, knowing that my carpet was cleaned without chemicals was a plus, having my carpets cleaned better than if it had been cleaned with chemicals was even a bigger plus.

LOVE THEM!. Carpet(30 years old) looks awesome. Tile floors (Texas Crushed Sea Shells) are beautiful. Kevin was absolutely wonderful. He took his time. Got every nook and corner. He was on time. No forced upselling. Price was as quoted. YOU'RE AWESOME!
The knowledge and professionalism of the technician helped us to decide on the level and the amount of cleaning our carpets needed given the age, use and the number of cats we have in the house. The Courtesy of the Serviceman and the time he too to explain what he was going to do. Also his concern and care not todaamage anything like corners etc. Upon completion of the job, he went over each room to be sure I was pleased,he truly represents you company well.
Technician was very nice but was on his cell phone while cleaning carpets. Service was overpriced for how clean the carpets already were (no stains, no high traffic areas, like new carpet). Technician's shoe prints left all over tile from water and dust he brought in (we do not wear shoes inside).

A new chocolate milk stain was hardly even removed. Very disappointed in your stain removal, I could have paid a cheaper service provider and got better results.
