Not chemicals and my tech did a great job on the carpets

Quality and affordability.

I sent an email with the description. I still have dirty grout. It looks a 4 year old mopped the floor. The tech left dirty shoe prints in the wet water. He told me sometimes the grout just won't get clean. So I got on the floor with a brush and paper towel. Then I showed himthedirty water and towel. He told me that was my grout color coming up. You have GOT to be kidding. I also showed him where he left swirly marks. This was the worst money I have ever spent. I'll make sure to tell people about it.

very friendly staff, from front office to worker that did the job. He explained everything to me. And was not pushy. That's important considering most people try to upsell you on the daily. Tile floors look great!

The tech did not move the couches or end tables and clean under them. So If I move my furniture I have unclean carpets. If they were not going to move them I would have appreciated being told so I could do it. Not happy at all!

The Tech this time was not as great as the last time. The carpets still have spots and i did not see any pre-treatment.

Service technician was prompt and very professional. We were cleaning an office carpet that was badly soiled, trying to avoid replacing. Although it doesn't look brand new it sure looks a heck of a lot better. Thanks, we'll call you again when we need your service at work or at home.

The tile cleaning was great but I expected more out of the carpet cleaning based on the price. I use another company and the results were the same but zerorez was twice the cost. I may use you in the future for my tile but will not for the carpet.
