Chairs look awesome and dried quickly. Wonderful staff both phone and onsite.

You all were prompt but when doing my laminate I could see where he worked hard but there was a couple spots (not from Mop and glow or pinesole) just food and debris that wasn't gone over and I cleaned it myself. Also your add says it doesn't take long to dry, with fans blowing it took the whole day and night. Also my husband says your add on ktar states that you guys would help move furniture but on your email you sent you state that you do not.

Luis was amazing. He explained what he was going to do, put in wall protectors and cleaned our carpet. He came to show us how clean and then explained the traffic patterns. He explained how long it would take to dry and if we wanted booties. He was very personable.

Albert was very professional, considerate and thorough. However, sporadic areas of the grout are still dingy, and the price went from $185 to $215. To make it right, have a different tech look at my grout and let me know if I am expecting too much (Albert tried to placate me when I brought it to his attention), and also refund the $30.00 difference. I understood the price for cleaning my 1,000 sq feet of tile was to be around $185: one great room (kitchen/living room) that counted as the 3 rooms for your $129 special, 2 small bathrooms for $20 ea and a 10 ft hall which was to be around $15.
