We have a very high grade of carpet...but it is almost 19 years old. Zerorez has my carpeting looking brand new! Love it!
The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and I felt totally comfortable with Amanda. She gave me some options for upgrades, but I never felt pressured. The cost was exactly as stated over the phone or less. There were also very good notes taken over the phone about my requests which were all passed onto Amanda and brought up at the time of service.

A carpet cleaning company should come in and clean the carpets! Period!! Not have all the UP CHARGES that Zerorez has in order to actually get the carpet clean!! I paid the extra $$ for my Living room, but opt out for my bedroom, there was a substantial difference in the end results.
