Our tech was friendly and efficient

All in all my experience has been more than I expected, this time I had my tile a grout cleaned seems like the technician didn't clean very well around the carpet and wall areas. I pointed out right at the entry way and he cleaned with a brush but seemed bothered that I was pointing out areas he missed which in turn made me a little uncomfortable, but, I mentioned another area in the dining and he said it will even out when it dries but the entire area appeared dry and it was still really dark, I just didn't want to argue. But I think just paying more attention to areas around walls and places the cleaner can't fit or are hard to reach would be nice.
Very satisfied with carpet and tile cleaning at a great price.
The carpet was left too wet. It took at least 10 hours to dry. The technician left at 10:30 and by evening it was still wet. The carpet was not raked after the cleaning procedure.
Spot treatment charge of 25.00 was high.
No residue, quick drying, aroma. professional & efficient.

I absolutely love Tray our Technician!! Tray was Informative, Respectful, Hard Working and a Pleasure to work with. I work with and am friends with my Realtor and will be suggesting my Realtor refer Zerorez and Tray to all New Home Buyers who want their homes "Clean." Tray made our carpets look Great and I was ready to throw them out and the Tile is Absolutely Awesome and Clean!

Quick, thorough service
I was a customer of Zerorez in Carlsbad, Ca. for years. They were hands down the best carpet/tile cleaning company I'd ever had. But I always had a team of 2 technicians that came to my house. They would slide the chairs over to clean underneath, then put them back. Zeroeez Phoenix only send one technician to clean, and I had to move the smaller pieces of furniture, then put them back. I don't expect any technician to move large, heavier pieces of furniture, but I don't expect technicians to just clean around a coffee table or small chair. If you're just cleaning around things, I don't think the flooring is getting completely clean. It's impossible to empty out an entire house full of furniture in order to have a completely unobstructed path for cleaning. If the homeowner is expected to work along side of the technician and move small pieces of furniture, then I believe that the rate for cleaning should be reduced, so it reflects the added help from the homeowner. But on the positive side- Zerorez Phoenix did an excellent job of returning to our home, and correcting problems that occurred during the initial cleaning 5 days previously.
