The service is always great, fast and with no drama. The most recent visit by technician Rashad Jordan was excellent. He is very polite and professional and really cleaned the area rugs very well. Keep him, he represents Zerorez well! Hope he is the technician that visits my house on my next call.

Friendly associates who are very knowledgeable. Not in a rush and will work with you if there is a problem that needs to be attended to. I am a believer in Zerorez and will always use them for my carpet and tile entry way and kitchen floor.

The technician was amazing and the issues at hand were not his fault. He handled it very professionally. But the equipment failed right after he started and he had to go back and get another truck. When he returned with a new truck just after starting, the equipment had an issue and was clogged and he did not have a toolbox in the truck that he had replaced with. What should've been a quick hour or less experience turned into 2 1/2 hour process. I was unable to get to work before noon. I know it was outside of the technicians authority, and I did not ask but I do feel that as a valued customer and somebody who has referred significant business to zero rez that some discount should've been applied or offered for inconvenience.

I LOVED Robert our technician who was polite, clean with our place, and did a great job cleaning our place. The second Robert was great too. Both deserve a 10!
I was underwhelmed by the agent I scheduled the appointment with (seemed clueless) and the manager who I spoke Last name removed when the truck broke down in the middle of our cleaning. It seems unacceptable for a company not Last name removed have any spare trucks available when one breaks down so the cleaning ended up taking up 4 hours of my time waiting. The attitude from the manager was..."here's $50 off and another $50 for the next cleaning but these things happen." How about acknowledging that it was my time wasted and accepting accountability that perhaps, he or the maintenance team did not do a good job of scheduling the number of trucks out for maintenance. His attitude was a bit cavalier for someone working in a service industry.
Both Roberts were amazing and I would recommend them Last name removed anyone. I hesitate Last name removed fully recommending Zerorez beycause when things go wrong, I don't have confidence that the company and its management will look out for its customers.
Products work well but I think it's more about the folks who provide the on site service. Yesterday both were extremely helpful and courteous and did an excellent job
