Good product no kimicle

The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He paid attention to details like where the heavy traffic areas were and gave them special attention. He answered my many questions, then restored my 29 year old carpet to looking great again. We know that carpet replacement will be years off since we love it and know that the quality will be hard to replace. The price for a great cleaning was minimal since the alternative would have been the cost of replacement.

Arrive on time & immediately get to work - my carpets ALWAYUS look fabulous afterwards.
There is no hard (or soft - heck - there is NO) sell of additional products or add one -- no "if you buy this TODAY you'll get".....whatever.
The technician shows up, does his job, requests inspection & leaves promptly. It costs exactly the price I was quoted. EVERYTIME!
And I love the orange scent.

Do a little better job. It was good but not as good as your previous guy. It was alot more expensive this time and definitely not worth it. Also you leave us so wet and smelly it kept us awake. The young man was very nice, hard wofking and pleasant.
You might also send your cleaners with fans.
Most of all we use you because we've always used you, but your prices will push us out of your market. I'm sorry but we're seniors on a budget, just too much. I have known Chris many years, always a straight shooter, now, the job is finished before we get to know the cost. Again, the young man was extremely nice. Thank you
