We very much like your cleaning process and results.

However, when we just had our kitchen and family room floor cleaned, our walls were damaged. The machine sliced into the paint on our baseboard, requiring us to repaint the baseboards. And there was splatter over one wall, and we think it was the stripper that splattered all over that wall. It's been very hard to remove, and we fear that it will remove some paint in the process forcing us to repaint that wall.

This should not have happened. We had a simple floor cleaning job that resulted in several major maintenance repair issues for us.

I own the apartment building and have used you a few times. My neighbor has also used you 3 or 4 times. I got the Zerorez phone number when the neighbors first had theirs done. The first time we used Zerorez the guy came out with a big box truck. Those times the carpets came out great. It seemed to both of us that when the smaller trucks came out is when they didn't get them all the way clean. I'm not sure if it was because of the smaller equipment in the new trucks, or if it was because the company expanded to big too fast and the people working for Zerorez are just go through the motions and let the quality go down. I have had four apartments done by Zerorez my neighbor has used Zerorez 3 or 4 times and he wasn't happy with the last cleaning he got either. I told him that I wasn't as happy the last time either but maybe it was just a fluke I will try them again anyway. The guy that came out was a nice guy but I watched him do most of it and he sprayed and vacuumed the water. Just getting it wet and sucking it up. The carpet had a few spots in it after it dried that should have came out pretty easy. I got 2 of them out with a towel while it was still wet after he left. The guys that did a good job sometimes had to rub the vacuum on the spot a couple times and it comes out. I still see a couple places where it looks spotty. Meaning it looks like it got cleaner in one spot than the other. One spot that still looked a little dirty I covered with the new couch. I had good padding put under the carpet that has a spill barrier on it. I am the owner and I always tell tenants about that to let them know that you just have to clean it up and it won't soak in and come back up later. So I can guarantee you there is nothing soaked into the carpet in my apartment.

The carpet is a soft and dried as quickly as your advertising claims. I was particularly impressed by how effectively stains were removed and knap was restored. The technician, Dennis, was informative, personable, thorough, and professional.

Clean and well rinsed carpet

The carpet looks and feels like new. Not crunchy or stiff from soaps. Very little smell. Carper dries fast. Any stains do not return. The Tech is great and I request him every time.

Dennis Smith was the technician who came to clean our tile. He worked magic over 5 years of residue and left the floors as good as new. He worked hard and was very helpful with tips on how to take care of my floor.

You guys are the absolute best carpet cleaning service hands down! Servicemen are always professional--taking pride in their work. Robert, from the Irvine store did a fantastic job on our carpet, I highly recommend him and Zerorez to my friends looking for carpet cleaners

Was really happy with the outcome. Jonathan was great. Honest and friendly, for instance mentioning some of the stains and the fact that they may come back in a few days and asking if we still want to proceed. He was also very respectful of how he ran his hoses from the truck, using a tarp over the tiles without me even asking. I would definitely use your company again and ask for Jonathan to be the representative that comes to do the job.
